Are you trying to keep your fluids up?
Hun I know work is important but perhaps a few days off, take some anti-nausea meds and just rest, rehydrate, get some food into you, sleep.
I don't want you ending up in hospital...!

Try having a tiny sip of flat cocacola every two minutes for 15 minutes. The cocacola has to be really flat, my GP's tip was to mix a teaspoon of sugar into it (it makes it sickly sweet) and that makes it flat right away. According to my GP it works wonders in terms of settling the stomach.
you poor poor thing My pregnancy entailed HG so I know the lovely fun of spewing bile! I know eating is far from your mind but if you can peel and grate a green apple and eat it, it can actually help. Its not so bad when it comes back up wither (like some other things). But if it does keep going and your hydration levels are too low you might need to look at some medication and a drip to get you back on track. Sorry you're sick hun, it really is awful
Not very nice, poor thing! There is a cap/powder called slippery elm. I'm pretty sure it is safe during pregnancy and will help settle your symptoms by being a calmative, nutrient and binder. Can get it from the health food shop/and chemist so check it out with them. Plus plenty of water. Feel betta soon.x
